PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) - INKA or referred to as "PT INKA (Persero)" is an Indonesian state owned company that is involved in the field of intregrated raiways and urban transportation industry. PT INKA (Persero) has strong reputation for more than 34 years in the production of passenger and freight trains, trains parts as well as maintenance and repair services. PT INKA (Persero) started its commercial operations in 1981 as a transformation results of Balai Yasa Lokomotif Uap of PJKA (now PT Kereta Api Indonesia or KAI). PT INKA (Persero) is based in Madiun East Java and its head office is registered at Jl Yos Sudarso No 71 Madiun. PT INKA (Persero) now has 2 key subsidiary companies, namely PT Rekaindo Global Jasa and PT Railindo Global Karya.
The Company’s financial results in 2014 showed improved performance compared to 2013. The Company's total revenue grew from Rp 508.7 billion in 2013 to Rp 1,066.5 billion in 2014, an increase of 109.65%. PT INKA (Persero) managed to record a total current year profit of Rp 13.7 billion in 2014 as compared with loss Rp 96.8 billion in 2013. Requirements
- Background in Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4), majoring in Mechanical Engineering (and allied majors), Informatics Engineering, Electro Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Accounting.
- Have an outstanding academic record with minimum GPA of 3.00 for PTN with an accreditation of at least B and 3.20 for PTN with an accreditation of at least A.
- Minimum English Score: TOEFL (PBT): 450/ IBT: 45/ IELTS:5/ TOEIC: 550.
- Maximum age of 30 years old on 1 April 2016.
- Able-bodied, not color blind, free of narcotics and illegal drugs.
- Well-behaved and never involved in criminal activities.
- Willing to undergo a bond over into OJT participants, including the period of Prospective employees and 2 years since he/she was appointed as permanent employees accordance with applicable provisions.
- Willing to fill out and sign an affidavit as MDP program applicants at INKA in 2016 which has been provided by INKA (download here).
- The candidate with prior experience in the related field or possess expertise certification is preferred.
